Fine Touch Acres is now offering
the sale of foals before they are born. A buyer may choose one of the mares owned by Fine Touch Acres that is currently in
foal to our stallion or has the opportunity to choose there mare for a 2009 In Utero foal From either "Ibn Ben Malik" or
"Supreme" both SE AK Asil Stallions
Purchaser may have the option to pay for the in utero foal in full upon signing an In Utero Foal Sales Agreement, or on easy
terms with monthly or quarterly payments interest free. The full purchase price of the foal shall be due by the time the foal
is weaned. However, should a buyer need more time to payout the purchase price, Fine Touch Acres will agree to board the foal
after weaning, at a special reduced boarding rate, and care for the foal until it is paid for in full. The buyer will be responsible
for all board, veterinary, farrier and deworming fees, etc. of the foal while at Fine Touch Acres.

This video is not the best but will show how quiet she is with mounting (my daughter is very short and she scrambles to get
on) bare back and under saddle, mostly at a walk due to the bad footing.... there is a tiny bit of trotting (very tiny)....
